The driver of this council enforcement lorry that picks up illegally parked cars forgot to secure the arm, swung round Royal Crescent, missing several cars by inches, and crashed into the end pillars.

He’s being watched by a bemused resident and traffic warden. Lucky no one was walking on the pavement nearby, they might have a very large headache.
